Halfway between poetry, ornithology and improvised music, this film is an appointment, a meeting of sorts that begins 6000 km apart between Lisbon and Montreal, and foremost a conversation between two neighbors. The very result of a trip to Portugal for one and faraway reminiscences for the other.
À mi-chemin entre poésie, ornithologie et musique improvisée, ce film est un rendez-vous. Un rendez-vous qui débute à 6000km d’intervalle entre le sommet du Castelo Sao Jorge (Lisbonne) et la rue Verville (Montréal). Un rendez-vous, mais on pourrait aussi dire une rencontre, un entretien, une conversation entre deux voisins; l’un curieux de métier et l’autre, retraité. Le tout né des suites d’un voyage au Portugal par l’un et des souvenirs du pays chez l’autre.
